If a project is canceled before work begins, any deposit received will be refunded minus any administrative fees. Administrative fees are to cover the time and resources invested in project planning.
Cancellation After Work Commences
Once work has commenced on a project, refunds for deposits or payments already made will not be provided. The progress and efforts made during the project are taken into account.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for your satisfaction and make every effort to ensure our deliverables meet your expectations. If you're unsatisfied with any deliverable, please communicate your concerns promptly. We'll work collaboratively to address your feedback and make necessary revisions.
